UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across websites, applications, and other digital products. This role will collaborate with product, development, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into thoughtful, functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX standards.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best UX practices.
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

• 2+ years of experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and development partners.

Preferred

• Experience with responsive web and mobile design.
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts.
• Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or other methods of measuring user behavior.
