User Experience (UX) Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior UX/Web Designer to lead the design and execution of a website initiative. This role will focus on creating modern, user-centered digital experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong designer with expertise in UX, web design, and visual storytelling, not web development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of website experiences from concept through final presentation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for key website pages.
• Develop intuitive, visually compelling designs that improve usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Create interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply modern UX/UI principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Contribute ideas around motion, animation, and interactive elements to enhance the user journey.

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, web, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects and user-centered design thinking.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing websites from strategy and concept through final execution.
• Knowledge of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Ability to balance creativity, usability, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with website redesign or rebranding initiatives.
• Background incorporating animation, motion graphics, or interactive design features.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

Note: This is a design-focused position centered on UX and visual design. Web development or coding experience is not required.
