UX/UI Designer

We are seeking UX/UI Designers for ongoing and future opportunities in the Charlotte, NC market. Candidates should have experience designing intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, applications, and other digital products.

Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly designs for websites, applications, and digital products.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Support user research, usability testing, and design improvements.
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

• 2+ years of UX, UI, product design, or related digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work and design approach.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user-centered design, and responsive design.
• Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Tools & Technology

• Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
