Strengthen and lead our team as our Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect Create meaningful solutions. Build trusted relationships. Shape the future of ServiceNow delivery. Location: UK only. This role offers flexibility, with the ability to work from home alongside travel to client locations for meetings, workshops, or periods of on-site delivery when required. We would like candidates to not live too far from a DXC office however can offer flexibility on this: London, Farnborough, Newcastle upon Tyne, or Erskine (Glasgow) Vetting: Requires eligibility for security clearance and be a sole UK national.What you’ll be doingLead and support the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, creating solutions that are robust, user-centred, and future-readyShape and define technical and architectural designs, balancing innovation with practicalityProvide supportive technical leadership, mentoring junior architects and working collaboratively with onshore and offshore teamsCreate and deliver

engaging, accessible solution demonstrations that clearly show value to clientsDesign and implement integrations between ServiceNow and client IT and business systemsPartner with development teams to thoughtfully resolve complex challenges across all stages of deliveryContinually grow your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform through certifications, learning sessions, communities, and shared experiencesBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, strengthening DXC’s reputation as a trusted advisorCollaborate within DXC’s global ServiceNow community, sharing knowledge and helping others succeedContribute ideas and expertise to the evolution of DXC’s ServiceNow product roadmapEnsure solution designs align with DXC architecture standards and frameworks, while remaining flexible to client needsBe an active, engaged member of the wider DXC community, building your internal network and sharing best practicesWhat we’re Looking forProven experience in consulting or professional services, delivering complex technical solutionsA track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect, on time and within budgetCertified ServiceNow System AdministratorCertified Implementation Specialist in at least one ServiceNow product suiteITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4)Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration, including JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI PagesA solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, and related technologiesExperience working within complex client environments, adapting thoughtfully to differing needs and constraintsKnowledge of common business analysis techniques and delivery approachesExperience with agile and traditional delivery methodologiesA communication style that is open, clear, and authentic, helping to build alignment and trust with stakeholdersA collaborative mindset, with the confidence to influence while valuing different perspectivesResilience and determination, approaching challenges with curiosity and a solutions-focused attitudeA genuine commitment to continuous learning and personal developmentExperience with business solutions, particularly within CSDM / CMDBStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to create and sustain professional networksWillingness to travel when needed to support clients and teamsAbout DXCDXC Technology creates new possibilities for technology to have a meaningful impact on people, businesses, governments, and society.
