Requirements

  • QA-Methodik: Fundierte Erfahrung im QA-Management (z. B. ISTQB-Standard) von der Strategie Ăźber Risikobewertungen bis zum UAT sowie im Aufsetzen strukturierter QA-Prozesse.
  • ServiceNow- & ATF-Expertise: Solide Praxis auf der ServiceNow-Plattform sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung mit dem Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Fachwissen Knowledge & Employee Center: Vertrautheit mit den Modulen Knowledge Management und Employee Center; idealerweise Verständnis fĂźr AI Search und Suchlogiken.
  • Agiles IT-Know-how: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT Consultant, IT-Projektleiter oder in unterstĂźtzenden Rollen (z. B. PO Support, Agile Coach).
  • PersĂśnlichkeit & Arbeitsweise: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe fĂźr komplexe IT-Zusammenhänge, hohe Selbstorganisation und eine hands-on Orientierung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Diplomatisch im Auftreten, aber verbindlich und durchsetzungsstark bei der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.
