Datenmodell und Beziehungen - Senior (> 5 Jahre Erfahrung) Fundierte Erfahrung in mind. 4 relevanten Modulen ((ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM) - Senior (> 5 Jahre Erfahrung) Erfahrung in mind. 3 Qualitätsverbesserungsprogrammen im ITSM-Kontext - Senior (> 5 Jahre Erfahrung) Soll-Kriterien Erfahrung in Scrum/Kanban und sicherer Umgang mit agilen Tools (z.B. Jira, Confluence) - 3 Referenzen Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Scriptsprachen (JavaScript) - Senior (> 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
