Job description
We are looking for an HRIS Administrator to join a growing advisory firm in Las Vegas. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing HR systems oversight with day-to-day employee support in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will help maintain dependable workforce data, produce meaningful reporting, and support key HR processes that contribute to a positive employee experience. You will also partner with HR leadership to strengthen operational effectiveness and improve how HR services are delivered.
Responsibilities:
*Own the end-to-end Open Enrollment process for employees, including managing accurate benefit elections, ensuring all enrollment information is processed correctly, and overseeing benefit feeds and presentations.
*Oversee the Paycom platform by maintaining system configurations, processing updates, and supporting ongoing HRIS administration activities.

Generate scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, turning workforce data into practical insights for leaders and internal stakeholders.

Audit employee information across HR records to identify inconsistencies, correct errors, and uphold strong data integrity standards.

Support employee lifecycle administration by coordinating onboarding tasks, organizing documentation, and maintaining personnel files.

Respond to routine HR-related questions from employees and managers while assisting with daily departmental operations.

Help coordinate employee engagement programs and workplace initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Partner with HR leadership to manage daily priorities and identify opportunities to improve responsiveness across HR operations.

Evaluate existing HR administrative workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen service delivery.

Assist with benefits-related activities, including coordination, reporting, and support tied to open enrollment and other compensation and benefits processes.
Requirements

Experience supporting HRIS administration with Paycom is a must.

Ability to prepare, analyze, and distribute HRIS reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of employee records management and best practices for maintaining confidential HR data.

Familiarity with benefits administration, benefits coordination, and open enrollment support.

Understanding of compensation and benefits processes, including payroll-related benefits administration.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work setting.

Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with employees, managers, and HR leadership.

Proficiency in reviewing workflows and identifying practical ways to improve HR processes and efficiency.
