Data Officer - Lewisham | Independent School

An independent school in Lewisham is seeking a Data Officer to support its academic and administrative teams.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality pupil data and producing accurate information for assessment, reporting and school planning. The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing pupil information across the school’s MIS
• Maintaining assessment and tracking data
• Producing reports for senior leaders
• Supporting academic reporting to parents
• Monitoring data quality
• Preparing statutory and census information
• Managing spreadsheets and databases
• Supporting staff with MIS queries
• Assisting with data projects and system improvements

The ideal candidate will have previous school data, MIS or academic administration experience.

You’ll need to be confident with Excel, comfortable working with databases and highly accurate in your approach.

Experience of iSAMS, SIMS, Arbor or another school MIS would be advantageous.
