Data Officer - Tower Hamlets | High-Performing Secondary School

A high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an experienced Data Officer to support the school’s academic and operational data requirements.

You’ll work with staff across the school to ensure pupil information is accurate and produce reports that help inform assessment, attendance and progress discussions. Day-to-Day

• Manage the school’s MIS
• Maintain accurate pupil and staff records
• Produce assessment and attainment reports
• Support progress tracking
• Monitor attendance data
• Prepare statutory returns and census information
• Assist with timetable and class data where required
• Run regular data quality checks
• Provide support to staff using the MIS
• Develop and improve reporting processes

Previous secondary school data experience is essential.

You’ll be confident working with Excel and school databases, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several deadlines at once.

Experience with Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom is highly desirable.
