Data Officer - Camden | High-Performing Secondary School

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for keeping pupil information accurate, supporting assessment cycles and producing clear reports that help teachers and senior leaders understand student performance. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and maintaining the school’s MIS
• Keeping pupil records accurate and up to date
• Supporting assessment and reporting cycles
• Producing reports for SLT and teaching staff
• Monitoring attendance, attainment and progress data
• Preparing information for census returns
• Carrying out regular data quality checks
• Supporting staff with data and MIS queries
• Maintaining data in line with GDPR requirements
• Helping improve existing data processes and systems

Previous school-based data experience is essential. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident working with large datasets and comfortable explaining data to colleagues who may not have the same technical knowledge.

Strong Excel skills and experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS are highly desirable.
