The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience: Skills & Qualifications * Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of, property

management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis). * Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of property maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and building safety legislation (e.g., CDM 2015). * Analytical Ability: A Systems thinking approach is required along with strong skills in interpreting technical dashboards and identifying operational bottlenecks. * Communication: Ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders, customers and tenants. * Certifications: NVQ or City & Guilds in building maintenance, or a relevant business administration degree, is highly desirable.
