As a Nurse Aide, you will perform the following duties:

• Direct Care Support: Assist residents with hygiene, comfort, and daily needs to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Rehabilitation Assistance: Support restorative programs that help residents reach their highest level of independence
• Communication Skills: Use therapeutic communication and respond to crises while acting as an advocate for residents
• Care Planning Input: Contribute to treatment discussions and help maintain an orderly and sanitary living space
• Daily Living Guidance: Teach and assist residents with tasks such as making beds, caring for belongings, and healthy eating habits
• Status Reporting: Report changes in resident condition or environment to supervisors to maintain consistent care

• Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (2nd shift), with a 30-minute lunch or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3rd shift), with no lunch. You will have rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
