Job description

  • Erfassung, Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Probleme im IT-Umfeld

Koordination von IT-Service-Anfragen Benutzeradministration im Active Directory Nachverfolgung von offenen Tickets Weiterentwicklung und Pflege einer Knowledge Management Datenbank

Requirements

  • Idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Desk wünschenswert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Fachwissen in den Bereichen Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse im Bereich Backend Systeme
