  • Identifikation, Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme im IT-Bereich
  • Koordination von IT-Service-Anfragen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege einer Knowledge Management Datenbank
  • Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory
  • Nachverfolgung von offenen Tickets

Requirements

  • Idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Service Desk-Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fachwissen in den Bereichen Microsoft Office 365, Exchange
  • Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse im Bereich Backend Systeme
