Job description

Develop Java-based software capabilities and integrate advanced AI agents into daily engineering workflows.
Utilize modern Java frameworks, cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases to build robust solutions.
Lead and mentor engineering teams within an Agile environment., * Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities for computer-based systems.
Develop Java-based software capabilities using modern Java Frameworks and Libraries such as Spring and Guava.
Integrate advanced AI agents and next-gen coding tools into daily software engineering routines.
Use autonomous agents for multi-file feature implementations, complex codebase refactoring, and automated test generation.
Guide AI agents through complex, multi-repository application architectures and audit agent-generated code.
Design enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and Microservices architectures.
Work with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure and distributed databases like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
Collaborate in an Agile environment using JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site at the Augusta, GA office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of software engineering experience; OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma/equivalent with 9+ years of experience.
