Aftersales Technical Support and Training EngineerCountry: SpainPurpose of roleBuild good image by providing efficient and professional technical support across the CEE region.Committed, results driven and profit and customer satisfaction oriented,ResponsabilitiesSupports aftersales management with technical training plan definition and takes initiatives with implementing technical training.Handling technical inquiry tickets via OEM platform and secure related KPIActs as industry expert and supports both internal and external stakeholders with all the technical inquiriesConcise and structured communication with OEM and Dealers about technical/quality issuesSupport product quality/development teams in view improved MG products and servicesTechnical Information and Bulletin managementInstruct dealers to work in accordance with MG standards/procedures (diagnostic and warranty policy)Active contribution in maintenance price calculation, developing standards, processes, and procedures in automotive aftersales business: wholesale and retail procedures for PDI, quality inspections, insurance claims, warranty claims, spare parts ordering, CSI, technical training for sales staff, developing and delivering training programs for: technical, spare parts and warrantyRequirements(core competencies/additional skills/qualities)Engineering degree related to automotive, mechanics and/or electronics5 years of experience in automotive technical assistance/diagnostic (troubleshooting)Automotive High Voltage Systems knowledge and certificationSkilled with the use of automotive diagnostic toolsCustomer Focus (dealer and final customer)Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written) ,other language ( Portuguese) would be advantageous.Have knowledge of Spain regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilitiesLogical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis.detailed oriented.This position will be based in Spain and intensive traveling would be required.#J-*****-Ljbffr

(core competencies/additional skills/qualities) Engineering degree related to automotive, mechanics and/or electronics 5 years of experience in automotive technical assistance/diagnostic (troubleshooting) Automotive High Voltage Systems knowledge and certification Skilled with the use of automotive diagnostic tools Customer Focus (dealer and final customer) Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written) ,other language ( Portuguese) would be advantageous. Have knowledge of Spain regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc. Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilities Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis. detailed oriented.
