- Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, enabling constructive conflict resolution and ownership of commitments
- Support technical excellence by encouraging quality-focused, sustainable delivery practices
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a transparent, prioritized, and healthy backlog aligned to customer needs and business objectives
- Leverage team-level metrics to visualize progress, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Educate and support stakeholders in agile principles to improve communication, alignment, and expectations
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a software development environment, with 3+ years dedicated to the Scrum Master role

- Proven facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops that result in alignment and clear, actionable outcomes
- Experience using agile management tools to manage backlogs, track progress, and produce meaningful team insights
