• Creation of technical package and material CAD drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Maintenance and administration of design data in SAP DMS and the Product Master Data application
• Support of change projects for packages and modules
• Close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams to create general package designs and design methodologies

• A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field
• First experience in the mechanical design of semiconductor packages or modules
• Sound knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Expertise in mechanical design standards (GD&T)
• Knowledge of design data and drawing management in SAP as well as semiconductor packaging, assembly and test technology processes
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in German and English
