Senior Software Engineer

1.The definition and implementation of the support services required to win in the cloud market place, 9. Lead the integration with relevant CSS Azure support talent to resolve issues with specific technologies as part of Azure Support ecosystem

1. Good core understanding on Virtualization technologies Having worked with any cloud provider such as VMware GCP AWS etc is preferred

2. Experience with Windows Server or Linux environments good understanding of Operating system concepts Windows OS Linux OS CentOS Ubuntu RHEL etc Active Directory Networking Storage preferred

3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with respect to Virtual Machine availability performance scalability and security Work on RCAs as per customer requirements

4. Hands on with PowerShell scripting json template deployments is an added advantage

5. Any prior experience with Azure services IaaS is preferred

6. Resolving customer issues including complex technical scenarios integrating several cloud capabilities Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines Storage Networking etc and scenarios supporting the service such as service availability quality etc

7. Knowledge on Azure Engineering Groups, Mandatory Skills : Compute, Networking, Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration, Windows Storage

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
