Job description

Work independently and collaboratively with staff and team members in providing support for software, hardware and peripherals in an educational setting.

Requirements

    1. Strong working knowledge and experience with macOS and iPadOS, including troubleshooting and configuration
  1. Ability to perform Apple hardware repairs; current Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT) certification
  2. Ability to independently research and troubleshoot technical issues, including identifying causes and implementing or escalating appropriate solutions
  3. The ability to learn and support district software and technology systems
  4. The ability to independently prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks and document work accurately.
  5. Working knowledge of computer networking, including wireless networks, IP addressing, DNS and printing
  6. Commitment to maintaining and developing technical skills
  7. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  8. The ability to train staff on effective technology usage
  9. The ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and use ladders safely when required
  10. alid driver’s license and access to transportation for travel between district schools

Desired:

  • Experience with MDM solutions
  • Experience with package management solutions like Munki
