IT Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users., * Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office/O365, Cisco Jabber, and basic macOS
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform hardware diagnostics and remedial repairs
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex IT/AV issues when required
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates

• Hands-on experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic macOS
• Experience with hardware, printers, peripherals, and network troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Good communication and documentation skills

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Germany - Mandatory
• Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
• Good English communication skills
