Job description
- Handle calls and correspondence; resolve or escalate as needed.
- Act as first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate daily administration for the Asset Management team.
- Arrange meetings, manage diaries, prepare agendas and minutes.
- Maintain accurate records, systems and filing.
- Produce reports, statistics and update dashboards.
- Raise purchase orders and process contractor invoices.
- Obtain and assess contractor quotations, place and track orders.
- Monitor works to completion and support inspections.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors to arrange appointments.
- Support complex case workflows and technical staff.
- Allocate tasks to and support the Administration Apprentice.
Requirements
- Is highly organised and able to manage a varied workload.
- Has strong administrative and data management skills.
- Enjoys analysing and interpreting information to support decision-making.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Is proactive, motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Takes pride in delivering an efficient and timely service.
