Servtron Green Services Ltd is a successful, innovative and growing vegetation management, landscaping, arboriculture and consultancy business with clear aims to increase in capacity and market share. As one of leading providers we recognise our staff are the key to our expansion plans.

We are looking to recruit a member of staff to support our Re-Flow Manager and work towards taking responsibility for the ERP management during periods of the manager’s annual leave. We offer a rewarding and progressive career in a friendly and professional team.

The ERP is the key reporting and management system for the business. It is a bespoke design to fit the company’s needs, and its development has been largely managed internally with support from the developer. This role is a prime opportunity to learn about managing data, development of ERP’s and producing management reports that feed into every area of the business.

We want to see applications that show aptitude for accuracy and enthusiasm for using and creating digital systems and solutions. Training will be given and the successful candidate will be supported through practical experience and guidance in learning how an ERP works to guide and manage the sophisticated data it collates. There is room for individual development and to see projects through to completion.

The daily role will involve:

  • Helping to maintain and develop the ERP
  • Troubleshooting system issues, workflow errors, and data inconsistencies
  • Managing user accounts and permissions within our ERP
  • Supporting form changes and system tweaks
  • Assisting with data imports/exports and maintaining data accuracy
  • Working with operational teams to understand processes and identify improvements
  • Supporting testing, documentation, and user training for new features or changes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, imports, spreadsheets)

  • Experience or basic understanding of Re-flow or another ERP system or commitment and willingness to learn such systems
  • Good problem-solving skills with a methodical, logical and detail-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy

This role can be flexible to work around other commitments and could suit an experienced returner to work or as a first step to a data analysis career.
