Technical Support & Product Trainer

Technically competent support for commissioning and ongoing operation of the energy storage system

• remote maintenance
• Use of current remote maintenance tools for Europe-wide communication with our products
• Tracking in a ticket system

• Independent processing of tickets up to finding the solution (including independent ordering of spare parts, if necessary) - Presentations to explain the storage systems to installers (e.g webinars, exhibitions, events)

• Working model: home office and business travels (e.g events, exhibitions)”good internet connection required!

Do you have experience in Technical support?, Experience of at least 1 year in customer service, shared services center, hotline

• Good analytical skills to find the best solution for the customer even with complex problems

• An electrical understanding of the functionality and wiring of the products is appreciated ((e.g voltage, current, cabling)

• Binding and friendly demeanor (on the phone and by email) .- Orientation towards customer service, openness and the ability to learn, team spirit and quality awareness .- Good communication skills, positive attitude, teamwork and getting used to fast-paced environments. .- Knowledge of other languages (Italian / French ..) is appreciated, * Customer service: 1 year (required)
