Job description
- Provide technical customer support via phone and email.
- Analyse and identify error patterns and technical issues.
- Deliver expert technical assistance during the commissioning and operation of energy storage systems.
- Perform remote maintenance activities using current diagnostic tools.
- Use remote support technologies to communicate with customers and products across Europe.
- Manage and track cases through the ticketing system.
- Independently handle support tickets through to resolution, including arranging spare parts when required.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on our storage systems to installers and partners through webinars, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other events.
Working Model
- Hybrid working model combining home office and business travel.
- Travel may be required for exhibitions, events, and customer-related activities.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer service?, * At least 1 year of experience in customer service, a shared services environment, technical support, or a hotline function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify effective solutions to complex customer issues.
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of product functionality and wiring principles, including concepts such as voltage, current, and cabling, would be an advantage.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- German is a must! Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Italian and/or French, would be considered an asset.
