Job description

As a Data Co-ordinator, you will provide effective administrative and operational support to the Asset Management Team, ensuring that asset data is accurately recorded, maintained, and managed across multiple systems.

You will play a key role in supporting asset management processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring delivery partners have access to the information they need to deliver programmes of work safely and efficiently., * Co-ordinate and maintain asset data across multiple systems and databases

  • Update and manage records relating to property assets, stock condition surveys, refurbishment programmes, and asbestos information
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all asset management data
  • Support current and future asset management planning through effective data collection and analysis
  • Record and process stock condition survey information as directed
  • Maintain records relating to known asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
  • Provide operational support to delivery partners before and during programmes of work
  • Offer initial advice and guidance to stakeholders via telephone and email
  • Contribute to the effective management of IT systems used within the Asset Management service
  • Assist the team in achieving service targets and performance objectives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or data professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining accurate records to support the effective management of housing and property assets., * Previous experience in a data co-ordination, administration, asset management, or housing support role

  • Excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining databases and updating records across multiple systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, * data co-ordination, administration or similar: 1 year (required)
