Job description

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to end users, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Support overall IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventory and stock rooms
  • Oversee local infrastructure and coordinate hardware orders, including refresh and retirement processes
  • Manage endpoints to ensure smooth and secure operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve IT issues and enhance services
  • Process local IT invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and IT systems
  • Create and maintain IT processes and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvements to the end-user IT experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a First Line Support / IT Support role or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering great service
