Job description

  • Lead multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery and governance.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to keep initiatives on track.
  • Partner with internal project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery and alignment to organizational standards.
  • Create and maintain executive-level metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and status reporting.
  • Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to provide actionable project insights and support decision-making.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, and facilitate stakeholder communications through recurring meetings and updates., + Opportunity to drive high-visibility healthcare technology transformation initiatives, including infrastructure modernization and cloud migration efforts.
  • Work in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MD, collaborating closely with infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology teams.
  • Lead governance and execution across multiple concurrent programs while building executive-ready reporting and metrics.
  • Contribute to meaningful modernization work such as Citrix replacement and Windows Server refresh and modernization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience leading complex technology initiatives in one of the following areas: infrastructure, server upgrades, or on-prem to cloud migrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including advanced functionality for reporting, dashboards, and workflow management.
  • Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and PM tools, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and managing project metrics, scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards, including strong data analytics skills to aggregate and interpret information from multiple sources.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and resource management processes.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting healthcare industry environments is a plus!
