SAP Architect

• Lead multiple SAP implementations, including both Brownfield and Greenfield projects
• Develop and execute SAP FICO roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
• Analyze current solutions, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements for optimal business alignment
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Guide and mentor SAP teams through project lifecycle, from R&D to delivery and post-implementation support
• Ensure delivery of end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, specifically focusing on GL, AR, AP, FA, and Project Systems
• Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the SAP community

10-15+ years of hands-on SAP architecture and implementation experience

• Expertise in SAP Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems
• Proven experience with both S4/HANA and ECC environments
• History of successful SAP deployments within large-scale organizations
• Demonstrated ability to interact with business users and translate needs into technical solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with R&D for SAP solutions, including writing specifications and guiding technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail sector SAP implementations
• Exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies and cloud integrations, SAP Solutions Arch- Designs the overall enterprise system blueprint ensuring the modules and cloud integrate securelyHas had multiple SAP implementations Brownfield and Greenfield experienceS4 or considerable ECC- Large company preferred but not nece AR AP FA Project Systems (If they have the 1st 4 that’s fine) but they need to have the 1st 2 or last 2)Confident well organized Little bit of R and D to complete spec and guide teamStrong Communication skills
