Job description

Join a pivotal technology modernization initiative impacting 1,000+ plant locations. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will drive the successful upgrade of plant technology hardware and provide expert oversight across five concurrent workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile enterprise program within a collaborative, hybrid environment, where your leadership will directly influence large-scale transformation efforts., Lead and coordinate project management activities across five active workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals

  • Partner with workstream leads to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans and unified roadmaps
  • Organize task backlogs and manage task assignments, completion, and stakeholder accountability
  • Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation
  • Drive process standardization and best practices within an evolving program structure
  • Facilitate productive discussions, ensuring progress despite competing priorities
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and deployment groups for seamless execution
  • Support change management efforts tied to technology deployments and workstream initiatives
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and JIRA to enhance collaboration and project tracking

Requirements

Minimum 7 years’ dedicated project management experience, with proven success handling complex, multi-workstream projects

  • Robust experience in project planning, deliverables definition, and execution tracking
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency identification, and mitigation planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process consistency in evolving environments
  • Proficiency in Agile and waterfall methodologies, with hands-on use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective collaboration with technical, business, and vendor teams

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience with JIRA for roadmap and backlog management
  • Background in large-scale hardware deployments across multiple physical sites
  • Success coordinating technical, operational, and vendor project teams
  • Experience supporting change management for technology implementations
