Recruitment Specialist (Technical Industry)

• Actively sourcing and recruiting technical workers for the Dutch market
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
• Using various recruitment channels to attract and engage candidates
• Systematically building and maintaining a high-quality candidate database
• Creating job advertisements for different positions
• Supporting recruitment processes and proposing improvements and new solutions
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Team Leader

• Good command of Polish and English (required)
• Knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Ukrainian will be a strong advantage
• Good organizational skills
• Responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Plan4Flex software will be an advantage
• Positive attitude towards candidates and strong relationship-building skills
