Information Technology Technician (Tier 1)

• Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals
• Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows 10-11/macOS issues, Microsoft 365 problems, Google Environment, and network connectivity
• Administrative Tasks: Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification
• Ticket Management: Create, update, and document detailed troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
• Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support
• Website Administration: Maintain, update, and manage the technical and content aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal user experience
• VOIP: Serve as System Administrator for Voice Over Internet Phone system
• Project Management: From time-to-time serve as project manager/vendor interface as may be required for technology infrastructure upgrades

• Education: Associate's degree in IT or 1–3 years of equivalent experience
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with computer hardware, mobile devices, and common business applications
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail

CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ or Network+

SALARY: Annual Salary $60,000 (Commensurate With Experience)
