Senior Systems / Network Engineer

Standard Server Support, Field Service/ Installs. Deployment in Windows Server 20XX, Exchange, Azure, Virtual Environments, Cloud Service, Office 365, Disaster Recovery Support. Lead in our IT Projects and Deployments.

Work Duties may vary however will include day to day on the following items:

• Standard system installations, updates, and management for our customer networks
• Server support and deployment in production environments
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve problems.(Warranty work, etc)
• Add or replace system hardware, keyboards, motherboards, ram and other components on both workstations and servers.
• Set up and troubleshoot domains, user accounts and software accounts. O365, GMAIL, etc.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access for local and remote computers or devices. (Will support Wireless, Wired, and other network connectivity as needed)
• Firewall/router setup and deployment as well as troubleshooting (Cisco, Sonicwall, Fortinet, Meraki, etc.)
• VPN connectivity setup
• Utilize standard ticketing system to track your tickets.
• Utilizing a Remote Management System to remotely connect to clients computers to perform maintenance or remote support
• Backup Services- Server on-prem and in cloud Security & Disaster Recovery
• Business Continuity planning and deployment

Knowledge in Windows Server 20XX, Exchange, SharePoint, Terminal Server, Azure (will touch all of these items at one point during service and support) is a requirement of the position.

Pay: $92,330.79 - $111,194.06 per year

Applicant must be a self-managed individual to service high level engineering needs.
