Job description

Leads onsite user experience design for the engagement, creating intuitive, accessible interfaces in close collaboration with product, business analysis and front-end engineering teams., * Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing

Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Define and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
Collaborate with Front-End (React) and UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
Present design concepts and rationale to client stakeholders
Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
Coordinate with the offshore UX Designer on handoffs and design continuity

Requirements

5+ years in UX or product design for web applications
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Experience with design systems and component-based front-end frameworks such as React
Working knowledge of accessibility standards
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with enterprise or data-heavy applications is a plus
