IT Support Technician | Industrial/Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support within an industrial environment. This position will support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT equipment, and help ensure employees receive timely and effective technical assistance., * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users

• Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve user incidents and service requests
• Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary
• Answer user questions and provide technical guidance
• Document technical issues and solutions within the support system
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, including office and production hardware
• Coordinate PC and hardware replacements for obsolete equipment
• Configure and reconfigure hardware based on user needs
• Support deployment of IT best practices and standardized solutions
• Prepare monthly support reporting
• Communicate IT equipment usage guidelines and local support processes to employees
• Participate in user awareness sessions covering information security and IT best practices

• 2+ years of IT support or maintenance experience , preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware and technical issues
• Knowledge of incident and request management
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
• Ability to document technical solutions and follow established procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate IT asset inventory
• English required
• Spanish or German language skills are a plus
