Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Certifications: at least one Comptia or Microsoft certification or other relevant IT certification

Preferred Qualifications: 1 - 2 years of HelpDesk experience Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple computers Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices Basic network troubleshooting skills Experience trouble shooting issues remotely Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications Experience with using ticketing systems Able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute Able to write Comments: Shift time is not set in stone but all positions will have start times somewhere between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. A set schedule will be created after discussing with the candidate and based on a combination of the candidate’s need and the organization’s need.

Once decided that 8 hour shift plus 30 minute lunch break will be at a permanent time.

Training will occur between 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Training will last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, dependent upon the skill and experience of the individual candidates.

Training and the first few months of work will be on-site until the candidate reaches a specific level on their monthly metric scores. xrbllit

Working remotely is available but an earned privilege, except for rare occasions that have been preapproved by the manager.
