Job description

Eigenständige Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports ggf. Weiterleitung von Störungen an den 3rd Level Support Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen sowie die damit verbunden Dokumentation Aufstellung und Installation von Arbeitsplätzen, Telefonanlagen und Druckern Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback und Optimierungsvorschlägen an die Entwicklungsabteilung

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Hochschulstudium der Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der IT-Migrationen und IT-Rollouts Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und eine gute kommunikative Fähigkeit
