Job description

Fachspezifische Bearbeitung eingehender Tickets im IT-Ticketsystem sowie Übernahme des Supports per Telefon, Fernwartung oder vor Ort Unterstützung bei der Planung, Installation und Einrichtung von IT?Arbeitsplätzen sowie Durchführung von Problemanalysen und Entwicklung adäquater Lösungen Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Übernahme und Pflege der Dokumentation Beschaffung und Installation neuer Hard- und Softwareprogramme sowie Übernahme und Betreuung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen für Mitarbeitende

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im 1st and 2nd Level Support Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
