Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Problemen Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Bereich Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und der Einführung neuer Technologien
Requirements
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Fehleranalyse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, technische Affinität und Teamfähigkeit
