Telefonische Betreuung sowie Support beim Kunden vor Ort Neuinstallation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen Annahme und Erfassung von eingehenden IT-Störungen Analyse von Fehlern und deren Behebung Unterstützung bei der IT-Administration und bei der Umsetzung von Projekten
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung aus dem IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Freundliches Auftreten sowie eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
