IT support specialist (Endpoint/Intune exp)

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and end-user applications.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, account management, and MFA resets through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing system records.
• Support employee onboarding and provide occasional onsite support at nearby locations.

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune, and excellent customer service abilities., * 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or helpdesk.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Oak Park, IL.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 40 lbs.

Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MD-102, or MS-900 certifications.
