Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Lead -- Hybrid -- Only W2

* Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. * Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud, including Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payroll Processing, Corrections, Adjustments, Payslips, Reporting, and Reconciliation. * Apply strong knowledge of payroll concepts, including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax deductions, retroactive processing, costing, and payments. * Conduct onsite client workshops, requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration. * Act as the primary liaison between client business and payroll stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams. * Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including Requirements, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare. * Understand Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and coordinate end-to-end integration testing. * Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

10+ years of Oracle HCM experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll. * Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll. * Experience with payroll configuration, Fast Formula, Elements, Balances, Retro Payroll, and Payroll Costing. * Knowledge of payroll processing, payment methods, payroll flows, and reconciliation. * Experience leading implementation projects and managing the complete project lifecycle. * Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
