Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (Immediate Interview) -- Hybrid -- W2 Profiles

* Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. * Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payslips, and Payroll Processing. * Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting. * Conduct client workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and functional requirement discussions. * Coordinate with payroll business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams. * Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare. * Support Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and end-to-end integration testing. * Ensure accurate payroll processing, earnings and deductions calculations, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.

10+ years of Oracle HCM experience. * Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll. * Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll. * Strong knowledge of payroll elements, balances, Fast Formula, retro payroll, costing, and payroll flows. * Experience leading payroll implementations and managing client-facing activities. * Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations, and BI Publisher. * Experience with Redwood page personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). * Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification. * Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
