Regional Director Healthcare Technology Operations

The Regional Director, Healthcare Technology Operations is responsible for leading technology operations and supporting digital capabilities across a healthcare market. This leadership position partners with hospital executives, clinical stakeholders, corporate technology teams, and external service providers to ensure technology remains dependable, secure, compliant, and aligned with patient-care and business priorities.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing healthcare technology environments, hospital IT operations, electronic health records, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, vendors, budgets, and IT teams., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years working in healthcare IT, preferably within a hospital environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology services in a complex or multi-location organization.
• Practical knowledge of EHR and clinical information systems.
• Experience with cybersecurity, privacy, and healthcare technology compliance.
• Experience leading technology implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with IT budgets, contracts, suppliers, and service providers.
• Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing IT professionals.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
