Requirements

  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen mind. Junior

  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Switching, Layer 1-3)

  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber dem Auftraggeber bzw. Kunden

  • Sorgfältige und angemessene Kommunikation mit den Kunden

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Ticket- und RFS basierend)

  • Mobilität (Führerschein Klasse B/BE, bzw. 3)

  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft / Bereitschaftsdienst

  • Bereitschaft zu versetzter Arbeitszeit und in Ausnahmefällen Wochenendarbeit

  • Im Idealfall Erfahrung im Support von industriell genutzter IT-Hardware Reisetätigkeiten max. 3-4 mal / Jahrmodell
