Technical Support Advisor - Engineering

• Provide telephone and ticket-based support for tinting machine issues, from mechanical breakdowns to software faults
• Pick up calls promptly and resolve queries within agreed service levels, prioritising full breakdowns
• Uphold excellent customer service standards in every interaction
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to meet shared goals
• Support wider projects and tasks as needed

• Experience providing technical customer support, ideally within Engineering.
• Customer service experience within engineering or a prestige product environment
• Basic IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Salary up to £30,000, plus full product and systems training, a Monday to Friday week on rotating 8.30am-5.00pm and 9.00am-5.30pm hours, and paid recompense for any occasional extra hours.
