Job description

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für interne IT-Anfragen und Systemprobleme
  • Betreuung und Wartung von Hard- und Software, sowie Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtevergabe in verschiedenen IT-Systemen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Buchhaltung - Unterstützung bei der Systempflege und Prozessoptimierung
  • Fehlersuche und Problemlösung in IT- und buchhaltungsrelevanten Anwendungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-gestützten Buchhaltungssystemen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf gutem Niveau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV oder andere Buchhaltungssoftware)
  • Analytische Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
