Erste Ansprechperson bei allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen Annahme, Erfassung und Behebung von eingehenden Incidents im Windowsumfeld Analyse und Behebung der Störungen sowie Pflege der technischen Dokumentation Verwaltung der Benutzerkonten und Anlagen neuer User sowie Unterstützung bei der Installation und Einrichtung neuer IT-Arbeitsplätze Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Hard- und Software

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Sicherer Umgang mit Windowssystemen, Active Directory und den MS-Office Anwendungen Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten Service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
