Verantwortlich für den 1st & 2nd Level IT-Support Installation, Wartung und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware Administration der Netzwerkinfrastruktur Annahme, Analyse und Behebung auftretender IT-Störungen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Hohe technische Affinität Kenntnisse im Windowsumfeld sowie der gängigen Hard- und Software Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
