Job description

• Administer and maintain Linux servers, virtualization infrastructure, shared storage, and Cisco networking equipment.
• Manage Oracle Linux systems, user virtual machines, storage appliances, and identity services.
• Perform vulnerability tracking, remediation, and IAVM management to ensure maximum system availability., * Administer Oracle Linux 8, 9, and 10 systems, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user virtual machines in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
• Maintain Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance (ZS11-2) shared storage environments.
• Support FreeIPA identity and DNS services.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and Cisco IOS-XE devices in coordination with network teams.
• Assess Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), track remediation, and support IAVM management.
• Document configurations, maintenance procedures, incidents, and system changes.
• Maintain network ownership and operations to ensure high availability and minimal downtime for users.

Requirements

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $301k+ yearly (tentative)
